FHE Senior All-Night Party Information

WHAT IS THE SENIOR ALL-NIGHT PARTY (SANP)?

For  many years  it has been a  tradition at FHE for seniors to attend the Senior All Night Party (SANP). This parent-organized and sponsored event begins immediately after the graduation ceremony, providing graduates with a final opportunity to celebrate this milestone among friends in a safe and well-planned event.

The SANP offers graduates food, entertainment, and activities for a night filled with comradery, fun and laughter.  The evening is chaperoned by parent volunteers and monitored for safety.  Once students board buses, they remain at the SANP until safely returned to FHE High School the following morning.

WHERE IS THE SANP?Some know the top secret location, but have been sworn to secrecy.  Graduates or volunteer chaperones must attend to find out where this amazing night will be hosted.

WHAT DO I NEED TO KNOW ABOUT CHECKING IN FOR THE SANP?

Graduates will return their dress clothes to parents and then proceed to buses for check-in from 9:00-9:15pm. To expedite check-in, only graduates and designated volunteers will be allowed in the check-in area. Buses leave at 9:30pm.

All students must have a Registration and Liability Waiver on file in order to participate.

Cars may not be left parked at Calvin University overnight.

  • Collected Items

This is an “unplugged” event. Phones will be collected in individual, labeled bags, to be returned at the end of the event.

EPI Pens/inhalers/insulin - If a student needs to carry a medication, they must show this to the check-in volunteer and then maintain possession and responsibility for this throughout the evening.

DO I HAVE A PARENT PICK ME UP AFTER THE PARTY?

YES! A parent or legal guardian needs to pick their graduate up after the event.

Graduates will not be allowed to drive themselves home after the event. If a parent or guardian is unable to pick their graduate up, please make arrangements for them to ride with another parent. We do not want sleep-deprived teens driving themselves home.

WHY ARE ELECTRONIC DEVICES PROHIBITED?

Electronic devices are not allowed for two reasons: 1) to ensure the location of the event is kept secret, and 2) to promote active engagement for all seniors since this may be the last time all of the graduates are together as one group.

WHAT IF I NEED TO CONTACT MY SON / DAUGHTER IN AN EMERGENCY?

Please contact any of the following FHE Graduating Class boosters members in an emergency.    We will send out contact information via email closer to the date
